Who can use Everyday Rare
You must be at least 13, or any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under 18 or below the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and our Privacy Policy with you and approve your use and photo processing. Do not use the service if you do not meet these requirements.
Creating something of your own
Choose photos, select a creative direction and optionally add an idea. Internet access is needed to submit and retrieve creations. Once an upload is accepted, processing can continue on our service while you use other apps. Creation time and availability can vary.
AI-generated artwork can change faces, objects, locations, text and other details. Review results before saving or sharing. Artwork is a creative interpretation, not a factual record or a guarantee of accuracy. A different result is not guaranteed on a retry.
Your content and permissions
Only submit photos and instructions you have the right to use. Obtain necessary permissions from the people depicted, including a parent or guardian where appropriate for children’s photos. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative or non-consensual intimate content, impersonate others deceptively, infringe their rights, or bypass service safeguards.
You retain your rights in the photos you submit. You permit us and the providers described in our Privacy Policy to process your content as needed to deliver and support your requested creation, maintain security and comply with law. This is not a transfer of ownership of your input photos or permission to use them in our public marketing.
You may save and share your results subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not promise that AI output is unique, eligible for copyright, or cleared of every third-party right. Do not present a generated work as an unaltered photograph where that would mislead people.
Daily credits
This version has no account sign-in, subscription or in-app purchase. The normal allowance is one free credit on your first visit in each service day. One credit creates one artwork, including a creation with multiple input photos.
Unused daily credits expire at the service’s reset time and do not accumulate. The app displays the next reset time in your local time. Authorized testing allowances can differ from the normal allowance.
If creation fails, the credit is returned to the original day’s allowance. A refund for an earlier day does not increase a later day’s allowance. Retrying a result download does not spend a new credit. Credits are not money and have no cash value.
We may adjust future free allowances or availability. The app will show the allowance available to you. We may limit abusive or automated activity to protect the service and other users.
Keeping and deleting your work
Our service makes creation photos available for seven days after the task ends. Retrieve them during that time. Fully downloaded works remain in the app on that iPhone for offline viewing. Use Save to Photos to keep important work separately.
Deleting a work in Gallery or Gallery storage removes app-managed content and requests removal from our service. Offline requests wait until the app can reconnect. Copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere are managed separately. Removing the app removes its local files. This version does not provide account-based recovery on another phone.

Availability, safety and your rights
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted, delayed or changed. If a task, download or credit balance appears incorrect, contact us rather than repeatedly submitting the same work.
We may reject content or restrict access where reasonably needed to address unlawful use, abuse, security concerns or provider restrictions. You can contact support to ask us to review a restriction or error.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees, remedies or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections in the country where you live.
Updates and support
If these terms change, we update the effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where legally required. You can stop using the service and manage your works as described above.
