Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

Everyday Rare is operated by BluEdge Technologies Ltd. This notice explains how our iPhone app and online photo-creation service handle your information. For privacy questions or requests, contact vividgenai@gmail.com.

Your photos, your choice

The app imports only photos you choose through the system photo picker. It does not upload your entire photo library. Saving a finished work to Photos is a separate action under your control.

Before your first online creation, we ask permission to send your selected photos, written idea and creation choices to our service and OpenAI for AI processing. Declining does not submit your photos. Our service analyzes the inputs, prepares a creative direction and generates your artwork. Processing may continue after an upload is accepted even if you leave the app.

You can withdraw permission for future creations in Settings → Privacy. Withdrawal does not cancel a task already accepted for processing or reverse processing that has already taken place.

Information we process

  • Creation content: selected photos, submitted filenames, your written instructions, creation choices, generated artwork, task progress and associated errors.
  • Installation and service records: a random installation identity, authentication and Apple App Attest verification records, submission identifiers, daily-credit activity, consent and deletion records. These identify an installation even though this version does not ask you to create a named account.
  • Notifications: if you choose notifications or Live Activities, delivery tokens, language preferences and the information needed to show progress. A Live Activity may include a small preview of a selected photo.
  • Technical information: network requests expose connection information such as an IP address to the services receiving them. Diagnostic and security logs may contain request context and errors.
  • Support messages: your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send us. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  • Launch notification: if you enter your email on our public website, we store that address, your selected language, sign-up time and whether the one-time launch message was sent. We use a short-lived pseudonymous network-address fingerprint to limit form abuse. This list is separate from your app installation and creation records.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, deliver results, manage credits, avoid duplicate submissions, honor deletion requests and answer support questions. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models, sell your photos, or use them for advertising. The app and these help pages do not include advertising trackers.

Who receives information

Alibaba Cloud hosts our online service in the United States (US West). Selected photos and creation records are processed there.

OpenAI receives the image content and instructions needed to analyze and create artwork through its official API. We do not include your installation authentication secret or Apple push token in the creative request. Our analysis requests disable optional stored responses.

OpenAI states that API data is not used for model training by default unless the API customer opts in. Standard abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or safety reasons. Images flagged for potential child sexual abuse material may be kept for review. Disabling stored responses is not zero data retention. See OpenAI’s API data controls.

Apple provides App Attest verification and optional notification delivery. Apple receives information necessary for those functions. Notification content can include a work’s title, status and a small photo preview.

Google’s Gmail service handles messages sent to our support mailbox. Team members and service providers access information as needed to operate the service or respond to your request. We may also disclose information where legally required, to address abuse or protect people’s rights.

Processing across countries

Our hosting is in the United States. OpenAI, Apple and Google may process information in other locations where they operate. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. You can contact us for information about recipients, processing locations and the transfer arrangements relevant to your information.

How long information stays

Photos and creative files on our service: originals, finished artwork and associated creative-process files are available for seven days after a task ends. Access expires after that period and scheduled cleanup removes those files. Deleting a completed work requests earlier removal. This rule does not shorten a provider’s separate legal or safety retention.

Copies on your iPhone: completed downloads remain in the app until removed. Gallery and Gallery storage deletion remove the app’s record and app-owned files. If offline, the app queues the service deletion request until it reconnects. Copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere must be managed separately. Deleting the app removes its local files; this version does not offer account-based recovery on another phone.

Installation, credit and security records: these have a longer lifecycle than photos. There is no seven-day automatic expiry for the installation identity or the minimum records used for credits, authentication, consent, duplicate prevention and deletion. Retention depends on whether those functions are still needed for the installation, outstanding support or security issues, and legal obligations. You can request deletion or a review of continued retention by contacting us.

Operational logs and backups: the current service rotates routine logs and verified credit-ledger backups on an approximately seven-day schedule. The latest usable backup or records needed to investigate a failure may remain longer. Infrastructure providers may have separate operational or backup retention. Deleting a work does not mean every technical log or historical backup is erased at that instant.

Support correspondence: we keep messages as needed to answer the request, resolve follow-up issues and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence. Email and other providers may retain backup or security copies under their own policies.

Launch notification list: we keep your address until the launch message has been sent, or you ask us to remove it earlier. We then remove sent entries after the launch campaign is complete. The abuse-limit fingerprints expire after the hour in which they were created. We do not add this list to a general marketing newsletter.

Your controls and privacy rights

You can choose which photos to submit, decline or withdraw future AI-processing permission, delete works, and change notification permissions in iOS Settings.

If you signed up for the launch email, contact us from that address to request removal before the message is sent. The launch message will also include removal instructions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your local privacy regulator. Where applicable, we rely on providing the service you request, your consent, our legitimate interests in security and support, or legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Email vividgenai@gmail.com to make a request. You may include the user ID available in Settings → Feedback & Support so we can identify the right installation. An email address alone does not identify your creations. We may ask for proportionate verification, but do not send passwords or authentication secrets. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any information we must retain.

Young users and other people’s photos

The service is for people aged 13 or older, subject to any higher minimum age required where they live. Users under 18, or below their local age of majority, need a parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the service and submit photos for processing.

We do not direct the service to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has used it without the required permission can contact us to request help and deletion. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for photos of other people, including appropriate guardian permission for children’s photos. Do not submit intimate images or other sensitive material you do not have a lawful basis to share.

Changes and contact

We update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or seek new permission where required. The latest policy is available from Settings → Privacy.
